    Reservations close 3 days before the departure.

    Tours may be cancelled with less than 5 reservations per tour.

  • Bus Embarkation Location : Geomam Station Exit 1 (AREX)

    Please embark on the bus 10 minutes before the departure time.

  1. Ganghwa History Museum

    The museum was established to systematically exhibit, preserve, and research artifacts excavated on of Ganghwa Island to understand its history from prehistoric times to the modern and contemporary era.

    Ganghwa Dolmen

    Ganghwa Dolmen Site was designated as a World Cultural Heritage Site in December 2000. Standing 260cm tall, the stones are 710cm long and 550cm wide, and represent the typical Northern Dolmen in the Bronze Age.

  2. Ganghwa Peace Observatory

    Located north of the Civilian Control Line, this is where visitors can see North Korea with binoculars. To the right there is Kaesong Industrial Complex, and to the left are Nadeulseom Island, which is a neutral zone, North Korean Propaganda Village, Kaesong Industrial Complex Tower, and Songaksan Mountain.

  3. Gyodong Daeryong Market

    Daeryong Market is a traditional alleyway marketplace that some Korean War refugees from North Korea set up to recreate Yeonbaek Market located in their home.

    Gyodong Swallow House

    Visitors can enjoy VR contents using the latest ICT, and enjoy the history and culture of Gyodong. After collecting stamps from various tourist destinations onto a smart watch, visitors can use the points from stamps in stores located in Gyodong Island.

  4. Goryeo Palace Site

    This is a site of a palace from Goryeo Dynasty. The palace was used from 1232 until 1270, when the kingdom moved its capital from Kaesong to Ganghwa to defend against the Mongolian invasion.

    This is a facility installed to preserve royal books. It is an annex of Gyujanggak, the main royal archives.
